What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that hasn’t been released or is not currently in stock. They’re shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow customers to order products before they are available. More information about our pre-order policy here.
Will it take 6+ months for me to get my pre-order?
Not necessarily! 6+ months is a safe estimate as to when you order may ship out. As outline on our New Site Page, we are taking new measures to stay more organized and streamline things so we can greatly reduce the amount of time you'll have to wait for your order!
My shipping address may change in the meanwhile, what can I do?
If you are moving to a new place or would like the shipping address of your order changed, please contact us as soon as possible through Bisoulovely.com. It is important we update your address before the order leaves our hands to the carriers. If you noticed your order has been fulfilled and is going to the wrong address please contact us ASAP, so we may stop it before it leaves.
Can I edit my order?
You may edit your order up to 2-weeks after the order has been placed. It's important we know what to make so we can get it to you soon as possible! Please contact us via email: support@bisoulovely.com.
How can I stay up to date on the pre-orders?

Can I cancel my order?
We understand there are times you'd like to change your mind or life comes by unexpectedly. Due to the nature of pre-orders they are funded upfront so we may make your individual piece. We do allow per-order cancellations up to 3-weeks after the order has been placed. But once we are too deep into production a refund/cancellation will not be eligible. Can I return my order after I receive it?

Will the BisouVault open again?
We hope to bring back the BisouVault once orders from the launches are complete, but plug in to our socials to be up to date on Bisoulovely and BisouVault launches!
Will the same pieces be available if the BisouVault opens again?
No, unfortunately not all pieces are guaranteed to come back. Grab them while you can!
