COVID-19 Update

Bisoulovely is committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are following all recommended safety protocols while continuing to process your orders as quickly as possible. However, our processing times will be slower than normal as COVID-19 continues. Couriers may also be experiencing delays due to their own safety protocols, as well as increases in package volume. We understand your frustration with these delays, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging circumstances.

Shipping Pre-Order/Made-To-Order items

Items designated as 'pre-order' or made-to-order will be subject to a 6+ month processing time. Orders placed with regular in-stock item(s) mixed with pre-order item(s) or made-to-order will all ship together once the pre-order item(s) is ready for shipment. The nature of pre-orders are made-to-order items, therefore, for any cancellations or changes please contact us within 3 weeks of placing your order. Cancellation of your order after 3 weeks of placing may be denied. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your pre-order, please see our return policy.

Shipping Fees, Duties + Taxes

A flat-rate shipping fee, based on your order destination, will be added to your subtotal at checkout. All customers outside of Canada are responsible for any taxes and/or customs fees that may be assessed by their government. Our flat-rate shipping fees are as follows:

  • Canada: $12.00-14.90 USD
  • United States: $16.00-18.00 USD
  • South America: $20.00 USD
  • United Kingdom:  $23.00 USD
  • Europe:  $23.00 USD
  • Rest of the World: $27.00-30.00 USD

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide with the following exceptions:

  • We do not ship to Russia, Switzerland, or North Korea due to local shipping restrictions;
  • Shipping to P.O. boxes may be denied.

Carriers + Tracking Info

All orders ship from our headquarters in Toronto, Canada. Orders to Canada and the U.S. will be delivered via Canada Post, USPS, FedEx or UPS at our discretion. International orders will be delivered via USPS World Priority, or via FedEx, UPS, APC, or PostNL at our discretion. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing + Delivery Times

Once confirmed, orders of in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 weeks and shipped out Monday to Friday; you will receive shipping confirmation by email. Delivery times to Canada typically range between 2 to 10 days, while delivery times to the U.S. typically range between 4 to 12 days or longer, depending on customs delays. International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and potential customs delays.

United Kingdom

We are accepting orders valued over $200 USD shipping to the United Kingdom. Customer will be contacted by email regarding VAT/Duties/Taxes /Customs will be covered by the customer upon receiving their order. Bisoulovely is not responsible for any VAT/Duties/Taxes/Custom charges which may incur.

Europe
